This depends on the type of service. For events I normally do the selection myself, but a different approach is obviously possible. For other services, with a more reduced number of final photos, I let the client pick their favourites, unless preferred otherwise.

The newsletter will be sent very occasionally, only with meaningful updates and promos/campaigns I'll be running. No spam!

If I am unable to show up for a photoshoot due to sickness, I will communicate it to you as soon as possible and proceed to rescheduling it or sending a very competent colleague of mine your way.

No, I do not send any raw files as the retouching is an important part of my service.
